VetRay N is not an anonymous cooperation, but a medium sized business, where
customer service is a top priority. Short distances to our customers and quick
accessibility for customer service is highly important for us.
Therefore it is self understood that there is always a person available. This applies
particularly to our customer hotline. According to our experience, in 90 percent of
the cases we can help the customer at the phone. Using remote software we can
fix software problems remotely right on the PC of the customer without visiting him.
But we offer much more than only help at the telephone. To ensure the effective
use of the system from the introduction of the system on, each user is trained by
our team. Through regular updates, training and seminars, we always keep our
customers up to date.
Maintenance contracts ensure a steady performance of the software. Software
updates can be installed from a CD or can be uploaded remotely. In case of
technical problems there are seven hardware engineers all over Germany who can
help you.
